A lesson (potential for two depending on ability) that focuses on explaining issues regarding mental health, particularly: depression, OCD, Schizophrenia, and anxiety. You can use a real bottle of Coke for the “bottling up” activity. Lots of discussion and mind-map activites, paper and pens will be needed.
